Injector Test Rig

Upgrade of an old machine using a new option control and operator interface. CAV required a new control system using PLC technology to replace a customer built controller which was 15 to 20 years old. The PLC was programmed to manage sequences, vacuum sensing, and stepper motor rotation for pump datum positioning. A Rockwell panelview was used as the operator interface.
